Overview
The Dongfeng smart manufacturing system provides intelligent control across production, quality, energy consumption, and equipment management, integrating the entire process from planning to execution and traceability. Leveraging the industrial internet of things (IIoT) platform, the smart manufacturing system achieves manufacturing equipment interconnectivity and real-time data collection. Additionally, the digital twin platform is used to build 3D virtual replicas of the workshop for visual monitoring and management. The three platforms work together to form a closed-loop smart manufacturing system that integrates perception, control, and simulation.

MMM MOM System
Overview
The MOM system provides an integrated manufacturing operation platform for the MMM automotive plant in Egypt (SAIC-GM facility with an annual production capacity of 50,000 vehicles). The system covers 3 main workshops (body shop, paint shop, and general assembly shop), and 6 functional modules (production, quality, equipment, energy, personnel, and warehousing & logistics).
Connecting SAP and shop floor, the platform supports production execution via VIN-based work orders. It covers the entire operational chain from quality inspection and traceability, equipment energy control, and CKD warehouse management and distribution, realizing closed-loop digital management and end-to-end traceability.
