Painted Body Storage Conveyor System

Contact Us

The primary logistical hub between the paint shop and final assembly is PBS (Painted Body Storage). In addition to stacking, storing, and destacking empty skids back to the loading site, it uses skids to transport completed bodies that passed inspection in the paint shop to final assembly, where they are then arranged, grouped, stored, and fed according to production need. This separates the two shops' takt and maintains steady, continuous production.

Powered belt roller beds, friction roller beds, rotary roller beds, transfer cars, stacker and de-stacker machines, and skids are all part of the system, which spans the paint-to-assembly link bridge as well as the coarse-sequencing, fine-sequencing, empty-skid return, and maintenance zones. Its fundamental components come together to form conveyance systems with a variety of uses. Complete PLC automation provides high automation, stable operation, and quick reaction for effective shop logistics by intelligently scheduling bodies and executing right-angle transfer in three-dimensional space.
