BAW Final Assembly Project

This turnkey project involved a final assembly production line capable of supporting both body-on-frame and unibody vehicle platforms. The line enables flexible capacity switching between 50,000 commercial vehicles per year (15 JPH) and 100,000 passenger vehicles per year (30 JPH). Delivered as a production-ready solution, the project supports the flexible and high-volume production of both commercial and passenger vehicles.

Dongfeng Final Assembly Project

This turnkey project involved the construction of a final assembly shop with a comprehensive production rate of 20 JPH, covering final assembly processes for all vehicle models. The system incorporates Changhong's HEMS technology, dual AGVs, digital twin technology, SPS logistics sequencing, ANDON systems, intelligent control systems, and AGV logistics systems. Designed as a digitalized, intelligent, and flexible production line, the project supports multi-model and volume production requirements.
