Fans and ductwork gather paint droplets and air infused with volatile organic compounds from the production line. Water curtains and filtration medium serve as a preliminary treatment for the stream, capturing substantial mist droplets and particles. The purification apparatus thereafter employs adsorption, concentration, and combustion to decompose organic contaminants into carbon dioxide and water under elevated temperatures or catalytic circumstances. Wastewater is processed through flocculation, sedimentation, and filtration to eliminate paint sludge, allowing for either reuse or lawful discharge.
