The paint-shop conveying is divided into pretreatment conveying, e-coat conveying and post-treatment conveying, which consists of overhead conveyors, floor conveyors, transfer equipment and automatic control. They work together to control the body through each stage of the process, maintaining the process conditions and exact positioning of each station to suit the requirements of a continuous, high-volume coating production.

Changhong systems transport the body-in-white smoothly from pretreatment and dip to primer, topcoat and oven, safeguarding the surface and holding takt throughout mixed models. Built for the shop’s toughest environments, high heat, caustic baths and explosion-proof zones.
